(Seychelles News Agency) - A South Korean deep-sea fishing boat that saw two of its crew members murdered is expected in Port Victoria in three to four days, a top Seychellois official said Monday.

The director of the Seychelles Maritime Safety Administration, Captain Joachim Valmont, told SNA that, “We do not know where the incident happened, but we do know that the boat is sailing to the Seychelles.”

According to the KBS World, a South Korean online news service, “two South Korean men — 43-year-old skipper surnamed Yang and 42-year-old engineer surnamed Kang — of the 138-tonne 'Kwang Hyun 803' were killed by two 32-year-old Vietnamese crew members while travelling in waters off the Seychelles.”

The two Vietnamese men are said to have been intoxicated when they committed the crime and are now locked inside a room after they were subdued by other crew members, reported KBS World.

Valmont told SNA that: ”The police has already been informed of the incident because they will assume responsibility for the investigation.”

KBS said the South Korea's coast guard in the port city of Busan has formed an investigation headquarters and will soon send a team to the Seychelles.
